He earned his B.S. in chemical engineering from IIT, Chennai and his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Vijay is the VP, LifeCycle Leader for Roche Tissue Diagnostics and is leading the race to revolutionize and strengthen cancer diagnostics. He brings decades of business leadership experience helping companies grow and guides them by developing strategies and execution plans to achieve their desired results.

Slava Elagin is an experienced healthcare executive with a history of achievements at publicly traded and private organizations within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry. After completed his master's degree in genetics from the Vavilov Institute of General Genetics, and his Ph.D. from the Engelhardt Institute of Molecular Biology, he went on to complete his MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business, Madison, WI. In his more than two decades of experience in the fields of medical devices and biotechnology, he has served as the VP of R&D at Third Wave Technologies and Eragen Biosciences.

Manohar brings 40 plus years of business leadership experience helping large, mid-size and small biotech companies bring their technology to the market. He has worked for pioneering biotechnology organizations including Applied Biosystems/Life Technologies, Celera Dx, Bio-Rad, Cepheid and Thermo Fisher Scientific.
